Winter, among few other downturns, induces in me the bad habit of sitting on a chair. With my garden in hibernation, I tend to sit too much. And this is a great enemy - especially to my buttocks. Here's how I fight sitting: by exercising (not enough) to stay fit. As I do, the scarce clothing will fly away, allowing me to practice nude fitness - the best of!
